to Place an Order |

1. Send us your design/logo
for a free evaluation.
We can utilize most PC based files including JPG, GIF, TIF
and EPS. Please send the highest resolution possible (300
DPI at a minimum is preferred). |

2. Choose an item
to be embroidered from our online
catalog or give us a call to discuss other
options available. |

3. Place your order.
There are 3 options available to place an order.

4. Embroidery

will prepare your design/logo for embroidery and email or
fax a proof for your approval |

Universe will begin embroidery of your design on
the requested item and confirm a delivery schedule. |

| 8. We ship your order by your requested
method within 10 business days of your approval |

We do all embroidery in-house. Please
allow about 2 weeks from the time you place your order until
your order is shipped to you. Please allow 1 to 3 business
days for shipping. Our customer service representatives
will be happy to assist you with shipping options and questions
about your order’s transit time. |

Ordering On Line |

1. Click on the product you are interested in ordering.
This will bring up the order form for this product
.
2. Choose the shirt color you want to purchase in the size
of the shirt.
3. If you want a left chest embroidery. Choose “left
chest embroidery” and enter quantity break that corresponds
to the total quantity you plan to purchase with the same left
chest embroidery design.
4. If you want the embroidery in a location other than left
chest or want a 2nd embroidery location choose “2nd
embroidery location” and enter the total quantity you
plan to purchase with the same embroidery design.
5. Next click on “Digitizing Logo” and enter the
choice that corresponds to you.
-New Customer – we are offering a special, free digitizing
on the first order.
-Quantity of 12-288 – the digitizing charge is $25 per
design.
-Quantity of 289+ - we always offer free digitizing for on
orders of 289 shirts and above.
-Existing design - never a charge for reorders of the same
logo no changes.
6. Put the quantity of this size and color shirt you want
to order.
7. Click add and that size and color shirt will be added to
the order bring you back to the same order screen to add the
next size and color you want. Again choose the color shirt
and size you want and under embroidery location pick the quantity
that corresponds to the total order you are placing of a specific
logo.
8. When you reach “digitizing logo” there is no
need to enter a choice. This is only entered once per each
logo that you are having embroidered.
You can always click on “cart” on the top bar
to view your shopping cart. When you have completed the
order of all the sizes and colors you need click on “checkout”
to complete your order. If you are an existing customer
you will be asked to enter you email address and password
to go directly to you shipping information. If you are a
new customer please enter you email address and password
to proceed.
